Welcome to The Guitar Garage
The Guitar Garage is the brainchild of Tom Anderson, a local businessman who owns Ashe Systems, a highly successful computer shop in Whitby since 2002.
Tom might never have opened The Guitar Garage were it not for advances in technology that changed the emphasis of his business more to laptops, therefore reducing his workshop requirements.
Tom has now transformed part of the workshop into a showroom for a new business, The Guitar Garage, where he can share his other passion - music.
Visitors to The Guitar Garage will be delighted with the display of more than 100 guitars of all types, shapes, sizes and colours - all available to try - plus the choice of mandolins, mandolas, bouzoukis, banjos, capos, gigbags, cases, tambourines and accessories on offer.
As well as being a main dealer for Freshman guitars, and more recently a Specialist Tanglewood Main Dealer Tom also deals in Vintage, Kustom and Yamaha plus a dealership for Marshall Amps is imminent. Twelve string guitars are a speciality, so you’re sure to find at least four or five models in stock to choose from.
